By creating an account, playing Evomanias, using the website, joining official community channels, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Server Rules.
If you do not agree, do not use Evomanias services.
You are responsible for your account, password, characters, and activity from your account.
Do not sell, trade, share, steal, phish, impersonate staff, or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
You must follow the Server Rules and staff instructions. Abuse, threats, harassment, cheating, exploiting, disruptive automation, payment fraud, and attempts to damage the service are prohibited.
Staff may warn, mute, jail, suspend, ban, delete, reset, or restrict accounts, characters, items, points, and access when needed to protect the server or community.
Characters, items, points, rewards, progression, store benefits, and other game records are digital service features. They do not create ownership rights outside the game service.
We may rebalance, modify, remove, reset, or discontinue content, systems, rewards, rates, and features when needed for gameplay, security, stability, or operations.
Purchases, donations, points, store items, and digital benefits are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where Evomanias confirms a technical or payment processing error.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, or abuse of checkout systems may result in removal of benefits and account restrictions.
Official Discord, email, newsletter, and support channels are part of the Evomanias service. Conduct there may affect account standing.
Discord verification rewards require a valid Evomanias account, a connected Discord account, and membership in the official server. Rewards may be limited by account, Discord account, IP address, campaign, and availability.
Evomanias is provided as available. Maintenance, downtime, bugs, data rollbacks, connection problems, feature changes, or third-party service issues may happen.
We are not responsible for losses caused by outages, bugs, unauthorized account access, player trades, gameplay decisions, or third-party platforms.
Evomanias website content, custom systems, branding, text, code, art direction, and service materials are protected by applicable rights.
You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, attack, or misuse Evomanias services except as allowed by us in writing.
We may suspend or terminate access to Evomanias at any time when we believe it is necessary for security, rule enforcement, payment integrity, legal compliance, or service health.
You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version applies once posted on this page.
